IMPORTANT INFORMATION

DEAR PARTNERS

We would like to inform you about a change in the applicable tax in hotels in 2025 for overnight stays/rooms, which is charged to guests at the time of check-out.
This tax will be replaced, in accordance with Article 30 of the Greek Tax Law No. 5073/2023, by a newly introduced fee for climate crisis resilience, as follows:

Starting from April 2025
• Hotel 1 - 2*: €1.50 per night/room
• Hotel 3*: €3.00 per night
• Hotel 4*: €7.00 per night
• Hotel 5*: €10.00 per night

The fees will be automatically added to the guest’s additional charges invoice and must be paid by the guests before check-out.
Please ensure that your systems are updated accordingly and inform your clients about this change.
